Here is a collection of some portraits I’ve made through the years of artists, dancers, musicians, and thought leaders at work and at rest.

Journalism

I’ve been lucky enough to shoot photos for publications like Berkeley News and The Daily Californian. I’ve shot stories about natural disasters, Miss America, and community heroes. I love the unpredictable nature of this work, and how things are always so dynamic on the job.

Performance

Theatre & film have always been a huge part of my life, so I’ve sought out shooting shows, musicals, and dance pieces much more in recent years; from BTS work to stills. I think coming from this world myself makes me have a natural affinity for these spaces, and makes performers comfortable in front of my lens.
